Terms of Use

1. Member means an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to this agreement in accordance with the procedure established by the Company.

3. This agreement applies to all members and should be observed during and after the registration procedure

1. Membership Eligibility

2. Entering of member information

If these characters are being used, we will revise them.

3. Password management

   1. The password can only be used by the member itself and cannot be transferred or lent to a third party.
   2. Please manage the password responsibly, such as changing it regularly so that it will not be known to others.
   3. Indications made to us using a password are regarded as the members' own intentions, and all fees resulting from them are the responsibility of the member.

1. Members shall promptly contact us if there is any change in the name, address, or other matters reported to us.
2. We will not be liable for any damages resulting from failure to register changes. In addition, please note that even if the change registration is made, transactions already processed before the change registration will be performed based on the information before the change was made.

If a member wishes to cancel the membership, the member himself/herself must complete the cancellation procedure. Membership will be cancelled after completing the prescribed cancellation procedure.

1. If a member makes a false declaration when applying for membership application, neglects to pay the payment due to mail order, or if there is any other reason that the Company deems inappropriate as a member, the Company will be able to cancel the membership.
2. If a member performs any of the actions specified in the following paragraphs, the member will be liable for the damage incurred by this.

1. The Company will not disclose member information to a third party without the prior consent of the member. However, in the following cases, the Company shall be able to disclose member information and other customer information without the prior consent of the member.

When using this service, it is prohibited for members to perform the following acts.

2. The Company does not guarantee that email content sent from our web pages, servers, domains, etc. does not contain harmful items such as computer viruses.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by a member's violation of these Terms

The Company shall be able to revise these Terms of Use arbitrarily, and may establish the terms of supplementation of these Terms (hereinafter referred to as "Supplemental Terms"). Any revision or supplementation of this agreement shall take effect when the revised agreement or supplementary agreement is posted on our designated site. In this case, the member shall comply with the revised agreement and supplementary agreement.

If a dispute arises with respect to these Terms, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the head office of the Company shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance.
